EKAITRADING sells exclusively digital products (software licenses)—there is no physical shipment of any kind.

Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, the product is delivered digitally via direct download from the store or through an email link, accompanied by installation and license activation instructions.

Delivery time: The license is issued within 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours after our Service Center receives the necessary licensing information for the specific application.

Shipping costs: None apply—there are no additional charges, as this is a digital product.

What happens if I do not receive the product? If you do not receive your product or the download link within the expected timeframe, please contact us via the store's support channel with your proof of purchase.
